Keep it natural, baby.
VINIFICATION: The grapes are poured whole into the pneumatic press, then gently pressed. Fermentation in old oak barrels with indigenous yeasts, then aging on fine lees. Bottling at the property.
WHEN TO DRINK IT? Can be drunk from 2 years old on the floral side of youth. Will reveal its finesse by waiting 4 to 10 years.
TASTING NOTES: Nose of white flowers, elegant. A smooth start to the palate with good fruitiness. Freshness aftertaste, very digestible.
WINE PAIRING : Trout terrines, smoked fish, lobster, vegetable tarts as well as poultry and the traditional baeckeoffe. Its freshness and floral aromas will accompany your aperitifs with delicacy.
SERVICE : Drink cool but not iced, around 10 °. Uncork the bottles one hour in advance. If there is a slight release of natural carbon dioxide, wait a few minutes after serving the first glass or decanting. A deposit in the bottle does not affect the quality of the wine.
