A unique, classy, and exceedingly fresh Beaujolais Nouveau, full of red fruit from an up-and-coming Cru Beaujolais winemaker. Aromas and flavors of strawberries, blackberry, and chamomile. Lovely acidity and low tannins.

The Domaine de la Grosse Pierre is located on the granite slopes of Chiroubles in the heart of the Beaujolais crus.

This family estate was created by Pauline Passot's grandfather Georges Passot in the 1960s, her parents Alain & Véronique succeeded him in 1979 and since 2018 it is her turn, the third generation! After various experiences in sommellerie in France and abroad, Pauline decided to return to her native land in Chiroubles.

Today they cultivate 9 ha of vines on three crus which break down as follows:

• 7.7 ha of Chiroubles, available in four cuvées.
• 0.8 ha of Morgon
• 0.5 ha of Fleurie

With the single grape variety: Gamay Noir à jus blanc.
