Environmentally friendly and sustainable viticulture, with respect for the land.Vinification: Hand-picked grapes, destemmed and pressed. Settling for 48 hours. Spontaneous fermentation with wild yeast. Bottling just prior to the end of fermentation. Roughly disgorged after 3 months in bottle. Contains sediment.Tasting Notes: Rich, vibrant violet color. Blackcurrants and dark cherry mix with smoky notes of reduction on the nose. Fresh, crisp, easy drinking, young red wine with smooth but lively acidity and a friendly spritz. Smashable.

Heaps Good Wine Co was founded by Marija and Nick Gee in 2010 and currently produces around 900 cases of top quality wines each year.
