Tasting Notes: La Brujula sardines are fished in the plankton rich water of the coast of Galicia between June and October, and are processed immediately. These particular sardines are fried and packed in a sauce of tomato, onion, red pepper, spices, & wine providing an approachable option to enjoy this fish.
