The vines, which are up to 55 years old, are rooted on slightly weathered shell limestone with a very stony subsoil. Whole cluster pressing (basket press) with subsequent spontaneous fermentation. Expansion in piece casks and half-piece casks. 18 months storage on the full yeast. Bottled unfiltered. Soil: creepy-stony, calcareous loamy soil over limestone and dolomite

Healthy, vibrant vineyards are the basis of their wines shaped by origin.

They harvest their Riesling, Lemberger and Pinot Noir vines, which are up to 50 years old, exclusively by hand. Smallest yields and fermentation with the vineyard's own yeasts support the individual character of our wines.
